Rules and Conditions - (R=Rothschild)
R1. An individual scratch singles match play Competition played annually.
R2. The Competition is open to players with handicap indices plus to 12.0 on date of entry.
R3. If player(s) are going to be unavailable for an extended period they should consider whether it is appropriate to enter the competition.
R4. First round losers will automatically be entered into the Monk Plate. The same rules will apply.
R5. The player drawn at ‘Home’ must offer at least 3 dates to her opponent and they should all be on a weekend or a Bank Holiday. Play on weekdays is permissible provided that both players are in agreement. Tee times for each match should be at least 4 hours before sunset.
R6. HOME ADVANTAGE: IG will Randomly select players to be Home or Away in each round up to the semi final, which will be played at a neutral venue.
The semifinals are arranged by swapping the draw:
Players A v B play at the course of players C or D
Players C v D play at the course of players A or B
this is arranged through the SWG organiser.
The Final will be held at Worplesdon GC on 12th April 2026
