players must be affiliated to SWG and have a current handicap.  

Entry fee TBC includes coffee and pastries on arrival and a two-course lunch. Prizes funded by the SWG

Online payment required at time of entry (for Team) £XXX per team.

Entries submitted without payment will be automatically withdrawn by the IG system. 

Entry requires all players WHS numbers (CDH)

When filling out entry Country drop down is ENGLAND.

No refunds will be given after the draw has been made.

The start sheet will be emailed to Player 1 and posted on the website 

Closing date for entries 17th September 2026 - earlier if full.
