Win for Senior Friendly Team

The Senior Friendly team played their first match away to Berkshire on 2nd May at the stunning and challenging Goring and Streatley Golf Club. The course was in superb condition and was much enjoyed by all.
A friendly welcome and efficient organisation by the Berkshire captain, Jane Sly, enabled the enthusiastic Surrey team to relax. The 4BBB format allowed for a very convivial match and Surrey came away with a very satisfying 3-1 win.
Thank you to all at Goring and Streatley, as well as Jane Sly and the Berkshire team for a lovely day. Also, many thanks to all the Surrey players for making it such a successful day.
