Amazing Annabel!
Congratulations to Annabel Peaford who won the Critchley Salver at Sunningdale on 21st May. Annabel shot a stunning 66 (-9) on the New Course in the morning round to go into lunch in the lead, six shots ahead of two other Surrey players, Maty Santilli and Ava Bates, and Luca Thompson on -2. Other notable Surrey scores were Hyunji Kim in sixth place on -1 and Emily Peaford close behind on E. In the afternoon, Annabel made sure of victory with a solid round of 75 (+1) on the Old Course to finish with an 8 under par total of 141. Maty Santilli had a fantastic 4 under par round to close the gap and finish in second place at 6 under par (143).
Well done to all the Surrey girls, an excellent day all round!
