County Champion
Congratulations to Rosie Maguire our 2025 County Champion. On Sunday morning we had two excellent semi finals with all players displaying some fine golf. Rosie played some wonderful approach shots which were matched by Herry Ji, the defending champion. Both players were under par when Rosie clinched the win on the 17th. In the other semi final Julia Brook did her very best but Issy Simpson was in full flow and playing some beautiful golf. Unfortunately the sun disappeared and the rain clouds gathered as we started the final. In the changing conditions Issy and Rosie continued to show us how to play golf.
Thank you to all the players, spectators and helpers who made the 2025 championships a success. Also thank you to Burhill for hosting the championship and serving a delicious tea afterwards.
